30+ Days Prior to Event: Full refund

Less than 30 Days: 25% of fees forfeited

48 hours or less: No refund of fees

Fees are refunded in full via check sent within 30 days of cancellation.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing and confirmed by an LLCAG Representative.
